Xenia Deli plays Justin Bieber's romantic interest in the "What Do You Mean" music video and while she told Fox News she and the pop star aren't dating, she did offer some insight into why he was crying at the MTV Video Music Awards.
"Maybe because he got in his life what he wants right now and he was working so hard for being on the stage just emotions, just emotions," she told the television network.
Deli, a former Victoria's Secret model, also said she's pursuing acting and hoping this added exposure helps boost her career.
