Lazio confirm Felipe Anderson has agreed Manchester United transfer

Lazio have revealed that Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign their forward Felipe Anderson for £46.8million.

Anderson was strongly linked with United in the January transfer window, with the Red Devils said to have made two bids for his services.

The move eventually broke down, with Lazio refusing to sell, but now the Italian giants say they have sold the player to United.

President Claudio Lotito revealed the news to journalists after attending a Serie B match at the weekend.

‘Felipe Anderson will move to Manchester United next season for €60million,’ said Lotito.

He was also overheard boasting the director of Crotone FC that he ‘bought Anderson for just €8million but sold him for €60million’.
