Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s message to the world is that Iran will keep its revolutionary spirit despite US pressures, says a commentator.
In a Wednesday statement, Ayatollah Khamenei said that the Islamic Revolution guaranteed Iran’s security, stability, and territorial integrity. The Leader also stressed that Iran must not back down on its national and revolutionary values.
Mostafa Khoshcheshm, a journalist and political commentator, told Press TV on Wednesday that “this is a very strategically important message,” which shows the Leader and Iranian people are resolute to go ahead with their revolutionary ideals.
“Today, the Iranian Leader, supported by masses of millions of people who appeared in the streets [the day before] yesterday in support of the Islamic Republic, is sending the message that all US plans to put an end to the revolutionary spirit of the Islamic Republic have been in vain.”
