QUAVO SAYS MIGOS WILL DROP THEIR FIRST “CULTURE 2” SINGLE SOON

Migos will be bringing you a new track in the near future.
Even though it was released back in January, Migos’ album culture is being touted by many industry pundits as one of the very best hip-hop records released in 2017, which is quite a statement considering the bevy of strong material that has graced the genre’s sonic landscape over that time period. With singles like “Bad and Boujee,” the Atlanta trio comprised of Quavo, Offset and Takeoff arguably helped usher the trap-house sound into the pop culture mainstream, with the aforementioned song taking over many a mainstream radio station in the process. Now, exciting news has surfaced from one member of the Migos camp, with Quavo tweeting out that the group is about to drop the first single off of their upcoming project, Culture 2.

The rapper, who has begun to make a name for himself with his solo work as a featured artist on tracks like “Strip That Down” with Liam Payne and “I’m The One,” DJ Khaled’s superstar-laden collaboration, used his social media account to share the update about whatever they have currently cooking in the studio for their fans. At this time, there is no indication as to when that single will drop, what it will be called or even if there will be any big-name features along for the ride to assist the talented trio of emcees. For now, it’s just the promise that a new release is making its way to consumers sooner rather than later. Following up a record like Culture, which is still getting heavy rotation in nightclubs and rhythmic radio stations across the United States, will be a tough act to top, but as each of their individual profiles continues to grow, there’s no doubt that Quavo, Offset and Takeoff will be exciting hip-hop fans with whatever they manage to put out over the next little while.

That statement isn’t just confined to music endeavors either. The three rappers are reportedly working on a big screen project that is due out next year, with Quavo penning the screenplay. What are you are more excited about when it comes to the Migos’ projects? Their new album or their upcoming film? Let us know below.
