APC has debunked rumours circulating online that allege that President Muhammadu Buhari stated that he was surprised to see CEO of Oando, Wale Tinubu at the Corporate Council of Africa dinner in Washington DC.

I’m talking about the Chief Executive of Oando, Wale Tinubu who is here, I am not surprised to meet him. But I was surprised to meet the Chief Executive of Zenith Bank. Maybe he was brought by the Governor of the Central Bank.

I would like to introduce myself of how great I am to be here tonight and to be treated with this elaborating house by United States Chamber of Commerce and the Corporate Council on Africa. There are so many entrepreneurs and captors of industries here tonight. Speaks well of development between Nigeria and the United states.
