Atletico Madrid have been preparing to host Real Madrid in a much anticipated La Liga derby, that'll take place at Estadio Vicente Calderon on Saturday.
This will be the 65th derby between the two sides at the Vicente Calderon. The first game was back in 1967. It ended in a two-all draw. More recently, the last encounter between the two city rival teams finished in a 1-all draw.
Real Madrid leads La Liga with a six point advantage to fourth-placed Atletico. Diego Simeone's team know that they cannot afford to lose more points if they want to remain contenders for the Spanish crown.
Atletico recently lost against Sevilla and Real Sociedad. But their last defeat at home was in 2015, when Barcelona beat them 2-1.
