Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has a complete lack of respect for Eva Carneiro and her profession.

After calling his medical team ‘naive' at the weekend in the aftermath of Chelsea’s 2-2- draw with Swansea, Jose has gone one step further and banned team doctor Carneiro from attending matches, training and the team hotel for this weekend’s game against Manchester City.

Mourinho’s decision to undermine his team doctor like this is completely unacceptable and makes him look like a fool in the process. No-one would agree with a football manager over-ruling a trained medical practitioner on any health matter.

Eden Hazard had gone down after getting a fairly heavy knee to the top of the leg or lower stomach from Ashley Williams.

Hazard is well used to being the target of rough treatment from opposing players, but anyone could see that there was significant contact there, enough to warrant a yellow card and the Chelsea team doctors running onto the pitch.
