Following the debate the reinstatement of the Executive Secretary of NHIS, Usman Yusuf, has generated, the former Director-General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Joe Abah, took to his twitter handle to give an insight as to how suspension and promotion in the civil service works.
Most Nigerians have condemned President Buhari for reinstating the NHIS executive secretary who was suspended by the Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole.
